Born in Conegliano in 1966, he has always been passionate about history and literature. In 2004 he began working with the International Slow Food Association, of which he became a trustee for the Conegliano and Vittorio Veneto area, as well as a collaborator for a few seasons of the Daily Wine Guide, then Slow Wine and the best seller Guide to Italian Taverns . The passion for gastronomic culture and history will make him a teacher of the Slow Food Master courses in History and Culture of Gastronomy taking courses in the various Italian schools since 2005 and in collaboration with the Cà Foscari University of Venice, for the Master in Culture of food and wine. Organizer and collaborator of food and wine events, creator and presenter with his friend Paolo Ianna of the Slow7 web program, always on issues related to the world of food and wine. Today he is involved in cultural training courses for the defense and enhancement of the agri-food heritage.
